Role Description Business Analyst / Data Analyst (USA - iLH) Contract | Remote & Hybrid | USA Only IMPORTANT — Please read before applying This role is for analysts who work directly with SQL and BI tools as part of their core job — not QA analysts, data engineers, or project managers with some analyst experience. If you cannot independently write SQL queries and build dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, this is not the right fit. About the role We are placing Business Analysts and Data Analysts on active client engagements across healthcare, financial services, and enterprise environments. SQL-strong candidates with BI tool delivery experience are prioritized. What you will do • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders • Build dashboards and reports in Power BI or Tableau • Write SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis • Work in Agile/Scrum teams — sprint planning and backlog grooming • Translate business needs into technical specifications What we are looking for Must have: • SQL — hands-on data extraction and analysis (you write queries independently) • Power BI or Tableau — you have built and delivered dashboards • Business requirements gathering and stakeholder communication • SDLC experience — Agile preferred Bonus points: • Healthcare domain experience (strong preference for healthcare clients) • Snowflake • Python for data analysis • Process mapping and workflow documentation • Agile BA certification or experience Important • Remote and Hybrid — US-based candidates only (1–2 days onsite for hybrid roles) • USC / GC / EAD only — H1B not supported • Contract: W2 Hourly or C2C/C2H Apply now Submit your resumes on the career site link given in the post.
