About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst / Data Analyst to lead complex data initiatives within the Human Capital Management (HCM) domain. This role focuses on data modeling, system integrations, and ERP implementation—ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex business processes into streamlined, data-driven solutions.
As a senior team member, you’ll serve as a key liaison between business and technology teams, driving critical projects across data conversions, mapping, and system integration workflows. Your insights will shape strategic decisions and optimize workforce systems used enterprise-wide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze, model, and document HR and workforce data across various platforms.
• Lead data mapping and data conversion strategies for ERP and HCM system implementations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design integration solutions between legacy systems and new platforms (Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM, etc.).
• Define and maintain detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and data flow diagrams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data consistency, compliance, and usability across systems.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies, provide root cause analysis, and recommend corrective action.
• Provide guidance on best practices for data governance and system optimization.
What We’re Looking For:
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, with a strong focus on HCM and ERP implementations.
• Proven expertise in data conversions, data integrations, and system mapping.
• Strong understanding of HCM processes such as payroll, talent management, and benefits administration.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and analytical tools.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of working closely with both business and IT teams.
• Experience working in hybrid or remote environments across global teams is a plus.
