Role Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst (Data) with strong expertise in data quality, governance, and data-driven initiatives.
The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze datasets, identify data issues, and define solutions that improve data integrity and support enterprise reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Analysis
• Engage with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document business and data requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to clarify requirements and drive consensus.
Data Analysis & Quality
• Analyze large datasets using SQL and data analysis tools.
• Identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, and gaps.
• Define and document data quality rules, validations, and metrics.
Data Governance & Management
• Support initiatives related to:
• Data Quality
• Data Governance
• Master Data Management (MDM)
• Metadata and Data Lineage
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure compliance with data standards and policies.
Data Architecture Understanding
• Work with technical teams to understand:
• Source systems
• ETL/ELT processes
• Data lakes and data warehouses
• Ensure requirements align with data architecture and integration flows.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
• Communicate insights, issues, and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Provide documentation, reports, and presentations.
Delivery & Methodology
• Work in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
• Support testing, UAT, and validation activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of requirements and documentation.

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in data-centric projects.

• Hands-on experience with data quality platforms/tools.
