Role : Business Analyst -Data Management (Financial Domain ) Location : Pittsburgh PA (Onsite) Position Type : Contract "Must have skills Business Analysts ,Requirement Gathering, Stakeholder Communication Good to have skills Domain Knowledge eg Custody AML Agile Methodologies Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst Data Management to support enterprise data initiatives by effectively gathering business requirements engaging stakeholders and ensuring data solutions align with regulatory compliance and security standards The role requires close collaboration with business users technology teams and governance functions in an Agile delivery environment primarily within the financial services domain Key Responsibilities • Act as a Business Analyst for Data Management projects involving data sourcing transformation quality and reporting Lead requirement gathering sessions interviews workshops walkthroughs with business stakeholders to understand data needs and pain points Document functional nonfunctional and data requirements including business rules data definitions and acceptance criteria • Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle Analyze and validate datarelated requirements to support data quality completeness and consistency • Collaborate with data engineers developers and QA teams to translate requirements into implementable solutions • Support UAT activities including test case review defect triage and business signoff • Ensure solutions adhere to compliance security and regulatory standards applicable to financial and customer data Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups backlog grooming sprint reviews and retrospectives • Support production issues data investigations audit requests and regulatory queries as needed Required Qualifications • Experience 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in Data Management or Financial Services • Strong experience in requirements elicitation documentation and stakeholder engagement • Good understanding of data concepts such as reference data master data data quality and data governance • Experience working with cross-functional and global teams Excellent analytical communication and problemsolving skills Best Regards, Bismillah Arzoo (AB)
