The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze large datasets, and deliver high‑impact analytical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Skills
Strong SQL skills (joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, performance optimization)
Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle)
Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to translate data insights into business recommendations
Technical & Analytical Skills
Experience working with large datasets
Data validation and quality analysis
Experience with at least one BI/reporting tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines (preferred)
Process & Methodology
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Familiarity with SDLC and product development lifecycle
