Business Analyst

We’re seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions across a growing organization. This role partners with stakeholders, project teams, and developers to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support the delivery of a new, scalable application for the product and sales teams. Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements • Analyze current processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvement opportunities • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements sessions • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories • Support solution evaluation, testing, implementation, and system documentation • Collaborate with developers, vendors, and cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycles • Create process maps, workflows, and related documentation • Ensure solutions align with business goals and operational efficiency • Support projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, equivalent, or related work experience • 3+ Experience as a Business Analyst supporting IT or application development projects • Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering skills • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience with process mapping, testing, and documentation • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall environments • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting enterprise systems or technology implementations • Exposure to digital transformation or process improvement initiatives • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and business analysis best practices
