Business Analyst

Job Summary: The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting data-driven decision-making. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred). • 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.). • Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello). • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred). • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
