Role description
We’re seeking a data-driven Business Analyst to transform employee and partner feedback into actionable insights that improve engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will analyze VOE/VOC data, call recordings, and survey results to identify key themes, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Note: Remote role but only for West coast candidates. States like California, Washington, Oregon.
Key Skills:
• 5+ years of experience analyzing employee or customer feedback data
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
• Experience with SQL and Python preferred
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently and support Pacific Time (PT) schedule
Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Analytics, Business, or related field).
