Job Title: Business Analyst (Energy/Utilities Domain) Location: Juno Beach, Florida (Onsite) – Local candidates only Employment Type: W2 Only Contract Duration: Long-Term Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 7 years of experience, preferably in the Energy or Utilities domain, to join our team in Juno Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and challenges. • Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements. • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Work with developers, QA, and product owners to ensure successful implementation of requirements. • Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements. • Create process flows, workflow diagrams, use cases, and data flow diagrams. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and solution validation. • Communicate project progress, risks, and status updates to stakeholders. • Ensure business requirements align with project objectives and organizational goals. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. • 8 years of Business Analyst experience. • Experience in the Energy, Utilities, or Renewable Energy domain is required/preferred. • Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable business insights. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with renewable energy or utility projects. • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools. • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. • Familiarity with energy industry regulations and compliance. • Business Analysis certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent are a plus.
