Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship. Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of ERP projects and enhancements across assigned functional areas. This role is responsible for partnering with business stakeholders, Product Managers, IT Managers, analysts, and delivery teams to define business needs, document requirements, analyze impacts, and support execution from intake through go-live. The Business Analyst will focus on change workβ€”including both enhancements (small-to-medium changes to existing capabilities) and projects (larger, structured efforts that deliver new or materially changed capabilities). This role ensures solutions are clearly defined, operationally sound, well tested, and aligned to business process, control, data, integration, and user experience requirements across the health system. Required Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). β€’ 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, ERP analysis, or related application delivery roles. β€’ Experience supporting ERP enhancements, implementations, or transformation projects. β€’ Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, impact analysis, testing coordination, and stakeholder facilitation. β€’ Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. β€’ Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments. β€’ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requests and initiatives with competing priorities and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications β€’ Experience supporting Infor ERP / Infor CloudSuite preferred, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics experience also acceptable. β€’ Experience with ERP functional areas such as HCM, WFM, Payroll, Finance, or Supply Chain. β€’ Healthcare or large, complex enterprise environment experience preferred. β€’ Familiarity with integrations, reporting/analytics, role-based security, and audit/control requirements. β€’ Experience with IT service management and change/release processes, preferably including ServiceNow. β€’ Experience supporting process redesign, UAT, cutover, and operational readiness activities. Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis & Requirements Definition β€’ Serve as the primary business analysis resource for ERP enhancements and project work within assigned modules or process areas. β€’ Partner with business SMEs, Product Managers, IT Managers, and technical teams to elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements. β€’ Translate business needs into clear deliverables such as process flows, use cases, user stories, business rules, data requirements, role/security needs, and acceptance criteria. β€’ Analyze current-state and future-state workflows to identify process impacts, gaps, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities. β€’ Ensure requirements reflect end-to-end operational needs, including upstream/downstream processes, controls, integrations, reporting, and audit considerations. Enhancement and Project Delivery Execution β€’ Enhancements: limited-scope changes to existing workflows, rules, forms, reports, UI behavior, security roles, or configuration. β€’ Projects: net-new capabilities, major process redesigns, new modules, significant integrations, or material changes requiring broader coordination and change readiness. β€’ Work with Product Managers and IT leadership to clarify scope, objectives, assumptions, constraints, and success criteria for approved work. β€’ Break down initiatives into actionable requirements and support sequencing of work for efficient delivery. β€’ Identify and document impacts across business teams, interfaces, reporting, training, support, and operating procedures. β€’ Help manage requirement changes, open questions, and traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle. Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication β€’ Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, design reviews, and working sessions across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Payroll, Operations, IT, and vendor teams as applicable. β€’ Build shared understanding among business and technical stakeholders on processes, decisions, dependencies, and expected outcomes. β€’ Surface issues, ambiguities, and decision points early to keep work progressing. β€’ Support stakeholder communication by summarizing requirements, impacts, options, and recommendations in a concise and actionable way. Solution Design Support β€’ Partner with functional and technical team members to validate that proposed solutions align to documented business requirements. β€’ Support evaluation of configuration options, process alternatives, integrations, reporting needs, and security role design. β€’ Assess impacts to policies, controls, procedures, and user experience before implementation. β€’ Help ensure solutions are practical, supportable, and aligned with standards and operating model. Testing, Validation, and Readiness β€’ Develop and coordinate test scenarios, test scripts, and expected outcomes based on business requirements and end-to-end workflows. β€’ Support SIT and UAT planning and execution, including defect triage, retesting, and business validation. β€’ Ensure testing covers process variation, exception handling, integrations, reporting outputs, security access, and controls where applicable. β€’ Partner with change management, trainers, and operational leaders to support readiness activities, training inputs, and go-live preparation. β€’ Assist with hypercare support and post-implementation validation to confirm the solution is working as intended. Documentation, Controls, and Continuous Improvement β€’ Produce and maintain high-quality project and enhancement documentation, including requirements, process maps, decision logs, traceability, test evidence, and release support materials. β€’ Support change governance by ensuring scope, requirements, approvals, and testing evidence are documented appropriately. β€’ Help identify root causes, recurring issues, and process improvement opportunities based on incidents, stakeholder feedback, and enhancement demand. β€’ Contribute to standard templates, documentation practices, and analysis methods that improve delivery quality and repeatability.
