Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong expertise in ERP applications such as Oracle or SAP. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements. This role ensures that solutions deliver measurable business value, improve efficiency, and align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
Develop process flows, use cases, wireframes, and requirement documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and recommend enhancements.
Work with Oracle ERP, SAP, or other enterprise applications to enable seamless integrations.
Assist in developing APIs, interfaces, and web services to support integration needs.
Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making.
Participate in system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and support change management activities.
Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP environments.
Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and data flows.
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio (or similar tools).
Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with SQL or data analysis tools (preferred but not required).
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, SAP ERP, or other enterprise applications preferred.
Key Competencies

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
