• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritisation, and release planning activities.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and business transformation.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical delivery teams.
• Support UAT, product adoption, and change management activities.
• Monitor outcomes, gather feedback, and drive continuous product and process improvements.
Skills & Experience Required

• Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis skills.
• Experience managing and prioritising product backlogs within Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and product delivery methodologies.
• Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and functional specifications.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong process mapping and business transformation experience.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Experience supporting end-to-end project delivery from requirements through implementation.
Desirable Experience
• Previous experience operating as both a Business Analyst and Product Owner.
• Product strategy, roadmap development, and value realisation experience.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
• Experience working on SAP transformation programmes (S/4HANA, IS-U, CRM, Finance, Procurement, EAM).
• Salesforce platform experience including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Exposure to digital transformation, customer experience, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Experience working with third-party suppliers, system integrators, and vendor-led delivery teams.
• Knowledge of Lean, Design Thinking, Product Management, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience within regulated industries such as Utilities, Energy, Financial Services, Telecoms, or the Public Sector.
• Relevant certifications such as PSPO, CSPO, CBAP, BCS Business Analysis, Scrum, SAFe, SAP, or Salesforce.
