Role description
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to data analytics and reporting.
• Define and maintain source-to-target data mappings to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools to visualize data and communicate findings.
• Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate data solutions and ensure they meet business requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users on data analytics tools and reporting processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and wealth management.
Mandatory Skills:
• Proven experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
• Strong understanding of data mapping concepts and methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in the Wealth Management domain.
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with ETL processes and tools.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
• Relevant certifications in data analytics or business intelligence (e.g., CBIP, CAP) are a plus.
