Skills • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the financial services sector. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate system architecture and propose effective solutions. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working across technical and business teams. • Proficiency in software testing methodologies and user story creation using tools like Jira. Preferred Skills • Experience in life insurance or related industries, with a solid understanding of external vendor collaboration. • Familiarity with agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban. • Business Analyst certification (CBAP, BABOK) is a plus. • Strong facilitation, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
