Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (BA III) to serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the IT organization. This role is responsible for translating business needs into technical requirements, supporting process improvement initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery of IT solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process redesign, along with a solid understanding of enterprise IT systems and solution delivery frameworks. Key Responsibilities • Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams. • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. • Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications for technical teams. • Analyze business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation. • Support business process redesign and improvement initiatives. • Facilitate communication between business and IT from requirements gathering through implementation. • Manage requirement changes and ensure proper documentation and alignment. • Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement sessions. • Provide input on solution design, including build vs. buy decisions. • Stay informed on industry and technology trends to recommend innovative solutions. • Support testing and validation activities as needed to ensure business requirements are met. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 6–8 years of experience in business analysis or related IT/business roles. • Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. • Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and enterprise applications. • Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation. • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work across business and technical teams in a complex enterprise environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. • Knowledge of process modeling tools and techniques (e.g., Visio, Jira, Confluence). • Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows. • Experience supporting enterprise-scale IT transformation or modernization projects. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience in telecom, infrastructure, or large enterprise IT environments is a plus.
