Business Analyst-Field Oversight

Please find additional details about the role below: Job Title: Business Analyst-Field Oversight Location: Pomona, CA (Hybrid- 2 days onsite) Pay rate: $36-$38/hr on W2 Type of Hire: Contract Contract Duration: 11+ Months Description: Key Responsibilities • Perform detailed analysis on large contractor personnel datasets to validate accuracy and identify discrepancies • Facilitate cleanup and resolution of data discrepancies across systems and business units • Support the migration of multiple business areas into the Field & Contractor Oversight program • Identify and assess business needs related to provisioning and contractor oversight • Develop, assign, and manage provisioning job templates • Verify that system and data changes are completed accurately and within required timelines • Review and assess cybersecurity and phishing program data to identify trends and risks • Support the Senior Advisor with data analysis and report-outs to vendors and senior leadership • Develop and maintain project documentation including requirements, testing, implementation, and training materials • Collaborate with vendors to understand product roadmaps, release strategies, and timelines Required Skills & Experience • 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related analytical role • Strong experience performing quantitative analysis on large, complex datasets • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation, analysis) • Proven ability to gather, document, analyze, and draw conclusions from data • Experience managing multiple assignments with strong time-management and prioritization skills • Excellent communication skills across multiple channels (email, Teams, phone, in-person meetings) • Strong customer service mindset with focus on user experience Education • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field (preferred) • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered • High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement) About Trident: Trident Consulting is an award-winning IT/engineering staffing company founded in 2005 and headquartered in San Ramon, CA.
