About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager to join a Futures & Derivatives Clearing (FDC) and Equities Operations Program Execution Team in Belfast.
This hybrid role offers the chance to work at the heart of our Markets Operations Transformation — driving change, improving processes, and delivering strategic projects across a fast-paced global environment.
You’ll be part of a team shaping the future of FDC Operations, creating smarter, more efficient ways of working that support the firm’s long-term goals.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead Projects from Start to Finish – Define scope, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and high-quality outcomes.
🗂️ Plan & Document – Produce clear, comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, project plans, and risk logs.
📊 Monitor & Report – Track progress, resources, and risks; provide concise, data-driven updates to senior stakeholders.
⚙️ Optimize Processes – Identify and deliver operational improvements through thoughtful business analysis.
🛡️ Manage Risk & Compliance – Apply robust risk management and maintain regulatory standards.
🤝 Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Business partners to achieve shared goals.
🌍 Drive Change – Support strategic initiatives and champion transformation across the organization.

📈 Knowledge of Equities and/or Regulatory Reporting (preferred)
💡 Critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
