Business Analyst

Business Analyst • Contract Duration: 20 Days • Location: Remote • Paying Outside IR35 Reed Professional Services is looking for a Business Analyst to join our clients Compliance team for a short-term project. This role involves developing a RACI Matrix and performance metrics to ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities and to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of team activities. Day-to-day of the role: • Design a detailed RACI matrix that aligns with team operations to ensure clear accountability. • Set out responsibilities for team members along with the escalation pathway. • Conduct initial meetings with main stakeholders to gather information requirements. • Develop and deliver the RACI matrix within 5 business days of the kickoff meeting. • Follow up with the team for reviews and finalize the RACI matrix within specified timelines. • Develop a suite of performance metrics to track the efficiency and effectiveness of the team’s activities. • Provide a rollout plan and assist in the delivery of the new processes. • Ensure general response times to queries are within 2 business days. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Expertise in RACI design and role clarity. • Proficient in process mapping and workflow analysis. • Strong facilitation and communication skills, capable of managing stakeholder expectations and resolving role conflicts. • Skilled in KPI design and reporting frameworks. • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel and Power BI. • Excellent time management skills and ability to deliver iteratively under tight deadlines. • Experienced in risk and issue management. • Capable of developing rollout plans and enabling adoption of new processes. • Ability to create effective training and presentation materials.
