We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly collaborative Business Analyst to support enterprise-level technology initiatives. In this role, you will serve as a strategic liaison between business units and IT, ensuring that technical solutions align with organizational goals and user needs.
The ideal candidate excels at requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and translating business needs into clear functional specifications. You will guide stakeholders from initial discovery through final implementation, helping optimize operations, automate processes, and improve overall business performance.

Required Skills/Education
Core Responsibilities
Serve as a primary connection between business units and IT, ensuring alignment throughout project lifecycles.
Gather, document, and validate business requirements for new solutions, enhancements, and process improvements.
Analyze current operations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for automation or optimization.
Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications for technical teams.
Support business process redesign, workflow mapping, and documentation efforts.
Facilitate clear and continuous communication among stakeholders, guiding teams from concept to implementation.
Monitor technological trends and recommend innovative solutions to improve business outcomes.
Contribute to build vs. buy analysis and solution evaluation as required.
Manage and coordinate project activities, timelines, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong understanding of current IT applications, software development practices, and client/server environments.
Familiarity with modern database systems, hardware, and software technologies.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to support multiple concurrent projects.
Ability to handle competing priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) and Microsoft Visio.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives, stakeholders, and technical teams.
Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal guidance.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with evolving technology trends.
Experience Requirements
2+ years of experience performing data analysis to generate reports and business recommendations.
3+ years of experience in business process analysis, capturing system requirements, and preparing detailed specifications.
