Job#: 3013680 Job Description: Title: Business Analyst Location: San Antonio, TX Schedule: Onsite Monday through Friday Job Type: Contract Openings: 1 Start: January 2026 Overview: • Support senior team members in assessing the effectiveness and viability of controls. • Assist in the development of automation strategies and implementation plans. • Document control processes and procedures. • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns. • Collaborate with technology and business teams to implement automation solutions. • Support the monitoring and evaluation of automated controls. Requirements: • 3-5 years of experience in financial sector specifically in fraud, disputes or risk and controls. • 3-5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or a related field. • Understanding of control design principles and best practices. • Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis. • Good communication and documentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
