Position: Senior IT Business Analyst Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid) Duration: 6-Month Contract Max Pay Rate: $81/hr Top 3 Skills: • Business Analysis & Full SDLC Management • AI Adoption, Prompt Engineering & GenAI Enablement • Agile Project Delivery, UAT & Stakeholder Management Job Overview: The client is looking for an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams while leading smaller high-impact initiatives from discovery through deployment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Business Analysis, Agile delivery, UAT/testing, stakeholder management, and enterprise AI adoption initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Lead discovery sessions and gather business requirements • Translate business needs into User Stories, PRDs, and process maps • Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and remove blockers • Perform functional testing, regression testing, and UAT • Manage project milestones, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder communication • Drive AI adoption initiatives, workshops, and prompt engineering training • Create documentation and best practices for GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting full SDLC • Strong Agile or hybrid methodology experience • Hands-on experience with UAT, functional testing, and regression testing • Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Confluence, Lucidchart, Figma, or Miro • Exposure to AI platforms, conversational interfaces, and enterprise knowledge systems • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
