Role description
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid, Onsite Tues-Thurs)
Duration: 6-months contract to hire
Compensation: $45-50/hour W2

Our client, a renowned leader in foodservice and support solutions with a presence across all 50 states, is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to spearhead their multi-year ERP system upgrade. In this hybrid role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of our S/4HANA ERP upgrade. Required Skills
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
β’ Minimum of 4 years of Business Analysis experience in software development, ERP implementation, or digital product enhancement
β’ Hands-on experience with SAP modules such as FI, SD, MM, IM, EWM, AM, AP, AR, CO, PCA; exposure to SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable
β’ At least 1 year of experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
β’ Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder engagement
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Miro, Azure DevOps is a plus
β’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Nice To Have Skills
β’ Experience translating business needs into detailed User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
β’ Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with product teams on backlog refinement
β’ Experience in managing post-implementation feedback and continuous improvement efforts
Other Requirements
Willingness to occasionally travel (<5%) to support project initiatives and sector collaboration
