• Participate in daily standups, grooming sessions, and working meetings.
• Review and filter Aha! suggestions; conduct intake calls to refine needs.
• Write business requirements and user stories for CPQ development.
• Answer developer questions and remove ambiguity during build cycles.
• Test enhancements to ensure alignment with BRDs, user stories, and business expectations.
• Draft release notes and validate production releases for accuracy.
• Support initiatives such as Quoting Process modernization and proposal generation tool enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Hands‑on Oracle CPQ experience (beyond basic exposure).
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Proven ability to write clear business requirements and user stories.
• Experience supporting Agile teams and participating in backlog grooming.
• Strong testing and validation skills for enterprise system enhancements.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence driving requirement clarity.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Experience in large enterprise or global environments.
• Familiarity with Quote‑to‑Cash processes.
