Business Analyst - GlobalOne Upgrade

G MASS Consulting are looking for a delivery-focused Business Analyst to support a GlobalOne system upgrade. The role sits at the intersection of Operations and Technology and requires someone who understands securities financing workflows and can translate business needs into structured requirements. This is a hands-on role within a lean change environment. Responsibilities: • Requirements gathering for GlobalOne upgrade / enhancement • Documenting current and future state processes • Supporting stock loan, collateral and settlement workflow improvements • Stakeholder engagement across Operations and IT • Supporting UAT and test scenario design Requirements • Prior exposure to GlobalOne • Prior Business Analyst experience • Experience supporting system upgrade, migration or enhancement initiatives • Understanding of stock loan, collateral management and settlement processes • Strong documentation skills (BRDs, process maps, user stories) • Experience within securities financing environments • Exposure to settlement optimisation initiatives • Structured thinker with delivery focus • Comfortable working in a lean team Benefits Salary: up to £55,000 Length: 6 months rolling, with view to being made permanent
