Business Analyst

We connect businesses with experts in SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and AI, providing end-to-end consulting, implementation, and managed services to support digital transformation projects globally. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, comfortable working across multiple business units, and strong in enterprise process analysis. A key part of the role will be driving testing readiness, including SIT/UAT scenario development, traceability, and validation of delivered functionality. Experience with PLM systems, BOM management, engineering workflows, or manufacturing environments is highly preferred. Exposure to Azure DevOps, vendor-led implementations, and enterprise testing cycles is a plus. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Responsibilities: • Responsible for gathering, validating, and translating complex business requirements into clear functional processes, user stories, and actionable system requirements. • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across business units and engineering teams to capture, analyze, and document operational requirements. • Map current-state ("as-is") processes and design future-state ("to-be") functional workflows aligned with standard 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) capability models. • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, process flows, and clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. • Lead and drive end-to-end testing readiness strategies for major enterprise release cycles. • Develop detailed test scenarios, test cases, and traceability matrices for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Coordinate UAT execution with business users, track defect resolution, and validate delivered software functionality against original requirements. • Bridge the gap between development and business sign-off by executing test cases, logging defects, validating fixes, and collaborating tightly with QA teams. Qualifications: • Proven track record as a Business Analyst driving large-scale software or enterprise platform implementations. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field (or • equivalent experience). • Strong expertise in business process modeling, user story creation, and backlog grooming in Agile / Waterfall environments. • Hands-on experience building SIT/UAT test plans, defining traceability, managing defect lifecycles, and driving business sign-off. • Direct experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platforms, specifically migrating from Oracle Agile to Enovia or 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) is strongly preferred.
