Business Analyst (Healthcare)

Insight Global is sourcing for Business Analysts supporting Network Providers in Healthcare. Consultants will be in The Network Strategy and Performance organization and supporting Network Optimization. This team designs and improves provider networks across active and future markets. • The work directly impacts cost, access, quality, and member experience. • This is a hands‑on analytics role with real influence on network decisions. What You Will Do • Own recurring and ad hoc analyses that guide provider network strategy • Evaluate network performance across cost, utilization, access, and quality • Analyze in‑network versus out‑of‑network behavior and leakage patterns • Build dashboards and scorecards used by senior leaders • Support market‑level decisions like network breadth, tiering, and market entry • Partner closely with Network Contracting on provider performance analysis • Translate data into clear recommendations for Directors and VPs • Measure the impact of network changes after implementation • Support forecasting and scenario modeling for medical cost trends What We Are Looking For • 2 to 6 or more years of experience in analytics, strategy, or consulting • Experience in health insurance or payer environments • Strong comfort working with claims and provider data • Proficiency in SQL • Experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau • Ability to explain complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders • Strong judgment, curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity 6 month contract with potential for permanent conversion Hourly Rate starting at $45hr
