Business Analyst

Required Skills & Experience • Advanced (“power user”) experience configuring and implementing LogicGate • 5+ years of experience working with GRC platforms in implementation or administration roles • Hands‑on experience with core GRC functions, including: • Risk Management • Regulatory & Controls Compliance • Policy Management • Entity Management • Internal Audit Management • Strong ability to document current‑state and future‑state business processes • Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and platform configurations • Experience advising stakeholders and leading cross‑functional initiatives • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for workflow design, documentation, and governance • IT background with comfort supporting application configuration and basic database concepts • Strong analytical, data modeling, and process design skills Nice to Have • Experience with additional enterprise GRC platforms • Working knowledge of: • Jira Projects, Jira Service Desk, Jira Insights • Confluence • Monday.com • SharePoint • Microsoft 365 • Experience working with distributed teams and external vendors • Exposure to Corporate Advisory Services, Legal, Compliance, Audit, or Board Services environments Job Overview This role serves as a specialist‑level expert responsible for the configuration, health, and long‑term evolution of Governance, Risk, and Compliance systems within a Corporate Advisory Services environment. You will partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Audit, Board Services, and Technology teams to design future‑state solutions, solve systemic challenges, and deliver impactful enhancements within LogicGate. Compensation ranges from $47–$60 per hour. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities • Work with Legal, Compliance, Board Services, and Audit teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements • Document and maintain GRC‑focused as‑is and to‑be processes • Translate business needs into LogicGate configurations and technical specifications • Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for LogicGate enhancements • Maintain system documentation, workflows, and change logs in Jira and Confluence • Support the ongoing stability and strategic evolution of CAS GRC platforms • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, controls, and data integrity
