• Creating detailed specifications, user stories and technical documentation using industry-standard notation (BPMN, UML)
• Collaborating with development, operations and project teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered
• Supporting stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency gains
What You Could Bring

• Proven experience in business analysis, systems analysis or related analytical role
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and process mapping
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Experience with systems analysis and translating business needs into technical requirements
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms
• Data quality analysis and the ability to work with data pipelines and SQL
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML or similar process and systems modelling techniques
