Position: Business Analyst with HR Data & Metadata Mgmt
Location: Wilmington, DE or Jersey City, NJ
Job Description:
• BA / data governance or metadata management
• Hands-on with an enterprise data catalog tool
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
• SQL proficiency for data profiling and validation
• Familiarity with financial services data regulations
Core Focus Areas
• HR data classification with sensitivity tagging (PII, confidential) aligned to GDPR, CCPA, SOX
• Metadata definition and data dictionary management across HR domains (employee, compensation, benefits, performance)
• Data catalog ownership and maintenance (Collibra, Alation, or similar)
• Data quality rule definition, monitoring, and issue resolution
