You will partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Finance teams to develop business cases and bring strategic ideas to life. Key Responsibilities Requirements Management • Gather, document, and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements. Process Improvement • Evaluate current operational procedures to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements. Stakeholder Communication • Bridge the gap between IT, management, and end users to ensure project alignment and successful delivery. Data Analysis & Reporting • Analyze large datasets using SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Kusto. • Build dashboards, reports, pivots, and visualizations for business insights and analysis. • Perform extensive data validation and quality assurance analysis within large datasets. • Build proactive data validation automation processes to identify and resolve data integrity issues. • Create detailed reports, user stories, and flowcharts to outline proposed solutions. Collaboration & Governance • Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to document business processes. • Coordinate communication between business users and data warehouse organizations to solve business problems. • Organize and lead meetings with business and operational data owners. • Help establish data management and governance processes within the data engineering team. Data Quality & Troubleshooting • Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues. • Work independently and collaboratively to understand database structures and business processes.
