The Role
We are recruiting a Business Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise across multiple projects, including IT, CRM, business change, and process improvement.
You will gather and analyse robust business requirements, design and re-engineer processes, and specify changes to systems and ways of working. Reporting to the Business Analyst Team Manager, youβll help deliver innovation and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

What weβre looking for
β’ Strong process design and re-engineering skills, including process mapping using tools such as Visio or other modelling tools
β’ Experience with industry-standard methods and techniques (e.g., BPMN, Use Cases, SWOT analysis, Five Whys, Lean Six Sigma, wireframes)
β’ Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively, with an innovative mindset
β’ Experience delivering business analysis and IT change to achieve process improvements and cost savings
β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and deliver to deadlines
Desirable
β’ Familiarity with Dynamics CRM 365, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and Power BI
β’ Experience working in a matrix or multi-disciplinary environment
