Business Analyst | Hybrid

Job Description 6-month contract with potential for hire. Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week. Candidates must have experience with either M365 or Unified Communications. Overview We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner to drive strategic initiatives that improve user experience, efficiency, and productivity across our digital healthcare ecosystem. This role requires strong business analysis expertise, stakeholder influence, and the ability to independently shape methodologies and solutions. You’ll partner with leadership on long-term goals, using critical thinking, communication, and data-driven decision-making to design innovative, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate Business Analysts, facilitating cross-functional workshops to gather requirements, design solutions, and guide implementation of complex software projects. • Define scope, processes, and business requirements for new and enhanced systems; translate business needs into development specifications. • Oversee configuration, testing, UAT, documentation, and training for new features and system enhancements. • Act as a product SME—aligning product capabilities with client goals, documenting feature requests, and transitioning requirements to Development. • Support project planning, status reporting, time tracking, financials, training materials, and product support. • Own data-focused deliverables including data migration, reporting, integrations, and analytics. • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data solutions across Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, and SQL; respond to custom data requests and communicate data/system issues to users. • Troubleshoot applications, maintain data integrity, optimize system functionality, and advise on end-user training. Qualifications Required: • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience • 8+ years in Business Analysis or IT, preferably with data warehousing, BI, reporting, or analytics experience • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and professional presence • Self-driven, able to work independently with minimal oversight • Demonstrated ability to stay current on technology and healthcare industry trends
