Experie nce8 -10 Ye ars Job Sum maryWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 5-10 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in Deposits, Loans, and Payments (ACH), along with hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve requirements gathering, documentation, software delivery, and testing processes. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and vendors to drive successful project delivery using Agile methodolog ies.Key Responsibili ties • Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requireme nts. • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement gathering sessi ons. • Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, use cases, and user stor ies. • Translate business requirements into well-defined Agile user stories and acceptance crite ria. • Manage and prioritize product backlogs in collaboration with Product Own ers. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospecti ves. • Utilize AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies to accelerate requirements gathering, documentation, analysis, and software delivery activit ies. • Implement AI-driven approaches to improve SDLC efficiency and reduce development eff ort. • Design and support AI-assisted testing strategies to optimize UAT efforts and improve defect detect ion. • Collaborate with development, QA, architecture, and business teams throughout the project lifecy cle. • Track requirements, defects, and project progress using JIRA and Agile to ols. • Support UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and production readiness activit ies.Required Sk illsBanking Domain Exper tise • Strong experience in:o Depo sitso L oanso ACH Paym entso Banking Operat ionso Financial Services Products and Proce ssesBusiness Anal ysis • Requirements elicitation and documenta tion • Business process modeling and process improve ment • User story creation and backlog manage ment • Gap analysis and stakeholder manage ment • Strong analytical and problem-solving sk illsAgile & T ools • Agile/Scrum delivery methodolo gies • JIRA, Conflu ence • User Story and Acceptance Criteria develop ment • Sprint Planning and Backlog Groo mingAI & Innova tion • Strong knowledge and practical application of AI technologies and to ols. • Experience leveraging AI to streaml ine:o Requirements gathe ringo Documentation crea tiono SDLC activi tieso Development sup porto Test case genera tiono UAT optimiza tion • Ability to identify opportunities for AI adoption and process automat ion.Qualificat ions • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fi eld. • 5-10 years of Business Analysis experie nce. • Banking or Financial Services experience is mandat ory. • Strong verbal and written communication ski lls. • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation ski lls. • Experience working in cross-functional Agile te ams.Preferred Qualificat ions • Experience with digital banking transformation initiati ves. • Knowledge of Lending, Deposit Operations, ACH, and Payments modernization progr ams. • Experience using AI-powered productivity and SDLC to ols. • CBAP, PMI-PBA, Scrum, or Agile certifications are a p lus.
