Role description
Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Salt Lake City, UT that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Overview: We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst - UAT to support the second release of a large-scale Loan Origination System (LOS) implementation within a Commercial Lending organization. This highly visible initiative expands a successful pilot to additional business units and will require strong collaboration across business and technology teams. This role is responsible for leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business process analysis, process mapping, and operational readiness activities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can quickly become a subject matter expert, partner effectively with stakeholders, and drive testing efforts from planning through implementation. Responsibilities: β€’ Lead UAT planning, test execution, issue tracking, and signoff for assigned business areas β€’ Develop test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements and system design β€’ Coordinate testing activities with business users, SMEs, and project teams β€’ Facilitate defect triage and work with technology teams to resolve issues β€’ Monitor testing progress, identify risks, and provide project status updates β€’ Analyze current business processes and document future-state workflows β€’ Identify process improvements, operational impacts, and readiness gaps β€’ Support business requirements validation, procedure updates, and change readiness β€’ Partner with training, business, and technical teams to ensure successful solution adoption β€’ Assist with tester access, role validation, and testing environment readiness Requirements β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field β€’ 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise technology implementations β€’ 3+ years leading or coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) β€’ Experience supporting Loan Origination System (LOS) implementations or enhancements β€’ Strong experience with test planning, business process documentation, and stakeholder collaboration β€’ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills β€’ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications β€’ Experience with nCino β€’ Commercial Lending or Commercial Banking experience β€’ Knowledge of commercial loan origination workflows β€’ Experience with process mapping, enterprise transformation initiatives, or user access management β€’ Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies What Success Looks Like: The successful candidate will build strong partnerships with business stakeholders, quickly develop expertise in the new solution, lead business users through UAT, proactively resolve issues, and help ensure a smooth, successful rollout across the Commercial Lending organization. The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
