• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts (entitlements, target aggregations, certification campaigns).
• Highly desired:
• Certified Scrum Master (SCM), Certified Project Manager (CPM), or PMP.
• Public sector compliance frameworks or ERP transformations.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
• Experience with project resource management, change/release management.
• Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft DevOps, SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ).
• Business & System Analysis: As-is/to-be analysis, process modeling (SmartDraw, MS Office tools).
• Facilitation: Expert workshop and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Technical Understanding: IT infrastructure and software development practices.
• IAM Expertise: Deep knowledge of entitlements, aggregations, certification campaigns.
• Compliance Frameworks: Familiarity with ERP transformations.
• System Integration: Mapping requirements across ServiceNow and SailPoint.
• Advanced Microsoft tools: SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
