Who We’re Looking For: A results‑driven, adaptable Business Analyst to support application development, modernization efforts, and business intelligence projects that serve Wisconsin’s child welfare and childcare programs.
Responsibilities:
Lead communication between IT teams and business partners.
Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
Facilitate JAD sessions, demos, feedback loops, and UAT.
Support data warehousing, reporting, and dashboard development.
Create documentation (process maps, user stories, requirements, data flows, wireframes, etc.).
Analyze business needs, identify solutions, and support testing.
Troubleshoot issues and recommend improvements.
Communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience working with complex data structures.
Complex SQL is a MUST HAVE
Preferred: Knowledge of DCF programs, Wisconsin CARES, and State of Wisconsin systems/standards.
Codeworks discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $30 and $38. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable. All full time Codeworks employees are eligible to enroll in the company’s benefits plan.
