Job#: 3030303 Job Description: Business Analyst II Location: Seattle, Washington (Onsite) Employment Type: Contract Role Overview We are seeking a Business Analyst to analyze business data and systems in support of sustainability and supplier decarbonization initiatives. This role involves designing and executing segmentation analyses to prioritize stakeholder engagement and preparing performance reports for business reviews. The position will also focus on data validation and exploring opportunities to scale operations through AI and automation. Key Responsibilities • Analyze business data to support sustainability and supplier decarbonization efforts. • Design and execute segmentation analyses to prioritize stakeholder engagement based on performance and strategic impact. • Own the preparation of performance reporting for monthly and quarterly business reviews. • Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into program key performance indicators (KPIs). • Lead data validation efforts to ensure the accuracy of reported metrics. • Investigate opportunities to scale operations through AI and automation. Required Qualifications Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Experience: 4+ years of experience in business analysis or data analytics is required. This must include proven experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements. Candidates must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. Preferred Qualifications • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python. • Experience with BI platforms such as Salesforce or QuickSight. • Experience with relevant sustainability concepts. Compensation & Benefits The pay rate for this position is between $32.00 and $38.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
