• Experience with Data Analysis and Reporting
• Ability to Plan, Design, and Execute Projects/Initiatives
• Experience managing Testing Programs and UAT Testing
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Disputes Operations
• Financial Services or Banking Industry experience
• Experience working in highly regulated environments
• qTest knowledge
• Reporting/Scripting tools such as Power BI, SQL, SAS, or Python
