Required Skills: • Requirements gathering and process mapping • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent stakeholder facilitation and communication • Experience supporting ERP systems, preferably Infor, SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics • Knowledge of testing coordination, impact analysis, and documentation practices Nice to Have Skills: • Healthcare or large enterprise environment experience • Familiarity with integrations, reporting, and security roles in ERP • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies • Knowledge of ITSM processes and tools such as ServiceNow • Background in process redesign and operational readiness Preferred Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or application delivery • Proven experience supporting ERP enhancements and implementations Other Requirements: • Remote with occasional travel and on-site presence as needed (excluding certain states) • Ability to manage multiple initiatives with competing deadlines • Strong documentation and traceability skills This is your chance to contribute to meaningful projects within a supportive and forward-thinking organization.
