About the Team:
The Marketing Analytics team within Talent Acquisition Marketing (AIM) drives data-informed decision-making across recruitment marketing operations. We own the analytics infrastructure that powers campaign performance measurement, candidate journey insights, and marketing spend optimization enabling our partners to attract top talent efficiently and at scale.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team. In this role, you will support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and analytical frameworks that inform marketing strategy and operational execution. You will work cross-functionally with marketing operations, data engineering, and talent acquisition stakeholders to translate business questions into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports in QuickSight and other BI tools to track marketing performance metrics (e.g., cost-per-application, funnel conversion, vendor performance)
β’ Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support campaign optimization, spend allocation, and channel effectiveness decisions
β’ Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, scope analytical solutions, and deliver insights tied to marketing and business goals
β’ Support data quality monitoring and troubleshooting across analytics pipelines (e.g., Adobe Analytics, marketing spend data,
β’ candidate funnel data)
β’ Document analytical methodologies, data definitions, and self-service resources to enable stakeholder independence
β’ Respond to analytics support requests with clear, structured communication and timely turnaround
β’ Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and improve operational efficiency
Basic Qualifications:
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
β’ 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related analytical role
β’ Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
β’ Experience building dashboards or reports using BI tools (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI)
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
β’ Familiarity with marketing funnel metrics and recruitment/talent acquisition data
β’ Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation
β’ Exposure to data pipeline concepts and ETL processes
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines
β’ Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with cross-functional teams

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $31.60/hour - $35.81/hour.
