Business Analyst III (Contingent)

Job Summary
Join our Automation Integration Technology (AIT) department as a Business Analyst on a 6-month contract, with potential for extension. You will be instrumental in elevating our data-driven decision-making processes and enhancing system performance monitoring by creating dashboards and detailed documentation for metrics and observability.
Responsibilities
• Analyze current metrics and observability practices within AIT
• Design and develop comprehensive dashboards for various stakeholders
• Create detailed documentation on metrics, KPIs, and observability practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end users on dashboard utilization
Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong understanding of metrics, KPIs, and observability concepts
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
