Role description
The Level III Business Analyst performs all Level II responsibilities and leads complex initiatives independently, providing advanced analysis and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Independently elicit, document, and manage functional business requirements using advanced techniques such as JAD facilitation, UML modeling, group interviews, workshops, prototyping, mind mapping, and brainstorming.
• Create, manage, and oversee work orders for enhancements, defects, and incident/change requests in Azure DevOps.
• Lead stakeholder meetings for business process reengineering and new system design, documenting decisions, action items, and dependencies across business and technical teams.
• Independently conduct UAT, regression testing, and integration testing, including the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts.
• Design and deliver end-user training programs and materials; collaborate with multimedia developers to produce high-quality training content.
• Apply advanced expertise in SQL Server T-SQL and Oracle PL/SQL to perform complex data analysis, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Maintain and govern SharePoint and Microsoft Teams project sites to ensure accurate, up-to-date project communication.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies and best practices.
• Provide advanced customer support and lead root-cause analysis for complex system issues and performance defects.
