Job#: 3016169 Job Description: Job Title: Business Anaylst Job Location: Ohio (Remote) Job Pay Range: $77/hr-$81/hr Contract Length: 12 months Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Work independently to engage with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable components to support functional design. • Collaborate with technical team members to communicate business needs effectively and support the development of appropriate technical solutions. • Conduct research and development on emerging trends and technologies related to data engineering, data architecture, data security, and industry‑relevant practices. • Provide support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for data platforms. • Participate in and lead internal initiatives, including legacy system modernization, monitoring and analytics enhancements, tool development, and creation of technical documentation. • Offer guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members. • Manage and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast‑paced environment. • Organize project information, track progress, and proactively identify and resolve risks, blockers, or issues. • Assess tool capabilities and evaluate compatibility with MFA and PAM solutions to support Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies. • Facilitate risk‑based discussions with stakeholders to support informed decision‑making. • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for executive reporting, analytics, and performance tracking. • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility. • Build and maintain a pipeline of future IAM‑related initiatives to support long‑term security and operational goals. Required Skills • Hands‑on experience with Power BI • Strong analytical abilities • Excellent communication skills • Ability to lead and facilitate meetings • Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking capabilities Preferred Skills And Experience • Knowledge of financial services or financial crimes processes • Familiarity with Single Sign‑On (SSO) technologies and related standards (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA) Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to management, business stakeholders, and technical teams. • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, particularly in resolving data‑related issues or designing new solutions. • Proven experience developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling and visualization best practices. • Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the ability to support project management activities, including release management and implementation tasks.
