Business Analyst III Location: Pomona, CA (Hybrid 2 days onsite) Duration: 12-month contract Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm Pay Range: $33.50-$38.50/hr Stakeholder Engagement & Customer Coordination • Acted as primary liaison between contractors and customers, coordinating communication, resolving access issues, and scheduling inspection appointments • Managed customer access challenges, including permissions, notifications, and approvals, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking • Utilized customer contact data to proactively schedule inspections, reducing unnecessary field visits and improving operational efficiency • Maintained and prioritized records of inspection constraints, supporting process improvements and performance tracking Constraint Tracking & Exception Management • Created geospatial mappings (.kmz files) and performed spatial data analysis (Excel, ArcGIS) to identify potential access constraints • Generated and managed work orders, providing vendors with detailed instructions (appointments, access codes, contact information) • Monitored constrained inspections to mitigate compliance risks and ensure delivery against risk commitments • Supported development of data management tools to enhance reporting accuracy and timeliness • Identified and coordinated follow-up actions across stakeholders within the inspection workflow Data Analysis & Issue Resolution • Validated inspection data across dashboards (SAS, Power BI) and ensured accuracy through to resolution • Investigated and resolved data discrepancies using systems such as SAP, InspectApp, and EZYViewer • Collaborated with internal inspection teams and IT to troubleshoot system sync issues and track resolutions Key Skills & Tools • Data & Analysis: Data management, data validation, reporting, dashboard development • Technical: Excel, SQL, Python, SAS, SAP, Power BI, ArcGIS • Other: Project tracking, stakeholder management, process improvement, workflow optimization Additional Experience • Supported SAP data transformations, including data cleansing and validation (S/4HANA environment) • Assisted users in navigating work orders, maintenance plans, and asset data (FLOC/Equipment) • Contributed to project lifecycle activities: requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and documentation • Evaluated business needs, risks, and solutions to support efficient operational strategies ...
