Impresiv Health is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation, testing, and rollout of a new Intake system.
This role will be responsible for translating the Intake Business Requirements Document (BRD) into actionable use cases, driving iterative testing cycles, and ensuring a smooth, controlled rollout with strong end-user adoption. The ideal candidate brings a balance of healthcare domain expertise, testing discipline, and hands-on delivery experience.
Qualifications
β’ 4β7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare, payer, or clinical operations environments
β’ Strong understanding of Intake, referrals, prior authorization, or care coordination workflows
β’ Proven ability to work from BRDs or functional specifications to develop use cases and test scenarios
β’ Hands-on experience with:
β’ UAT planning and execution
β’ Defect tracking and resolution
β’ System rollout and end-user support
β’ Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
β’ Proficiency with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps, Visio or Lucidchart; basic SQL preferred
β’ Strong communication skills across clinical, operational, and technical audiences
β’ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through capabilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements Traceability & Use Case Development
β’ Translate Intake BRD and functional specifications into detailed use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
β’ Maintain end-to-end traceability from BRD β user stories β test cases β UAT sign-off
β’ Break down Intake workflows into clear functional scenarios, including:
β’ Referral intake
β’ Order capture
β’ Eligibility validation
β’ Workflow routing and status management
β’ Identify gaps, edge cases, and dependencies across workflows
1. Iterative Testing & Validation
β’ Develop and execute test strategies aligned to Intake workflows
β’ Create test cases and scripts directly tied to business requirements
β’ Lead iterative testing cycles, including:
β’ Functional testing
β’ Integration testing
β’ User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
β’ Track defects, coordinate resolution with technical teams, and validate fixes
β’ Ensure end-to-end workflow integrity across integrated systems
1. Rollout & End User Enablement
β’ Support rollout planning and go-live execution
β’ Ensure operational readiness across stakeholders
β’ Develop training materials, job aids, and user documentation
β’ Facilitate end-user training and adoption support
β’ Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams during go-live
1. Stakeholder Coordination
β’ Partner with Clinical Operations, Intake teams, IT, and Product stakeholders
β’ Facilitate working sessions to validate workflows and confirm requirements
β’ Drive alignment on priorities, scope, and decision-making
1. Post-Go-Live Support
β’ Support production validation and issue triage
β’ Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and system enhancements
β’ Ensure continuity between design, testing, and real-world usage
Success in this role will be measured by the ability to:
β’ Ensure complete traceability from BRD through UAT and final delivery
β’ Execute a controlled, low-defect rollout of the Intake system
β’ Enable end users to adopt the system with minimal disruption to operations
β’ Deliver high-quality outputs aligned to timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations
