Job Description:
• Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Define observability use cases, workflows, data needs, and integration requirements
• Design processes for monitoring, alerting, event handling, dashboards, and reporting
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
• Create documentation including user stories, process maps, and service definitions
• Support testing, onboarding, and adoption of the observability service
