Role description
Our client, a major software company, is looking to hire a Business Analyst to join their team! This is a fully remote position, however candidate must be located in the US and preference is to work EST business hours.

• This begins as a 6 month contract with an opportunity to extend or convert at any time

• As a Senior Business Analyst in the Identity Professional Services Team, you will own the business processes of our innovative access solutions. You will be integral in helping us implement our future access strategy. You will on-board clients, provide support and deliver training and resources to clients, client-facing teams and support teams. You will also help bring requirements based on client interactions to our product teams to continuously improve our shared service platforms.
Responsibilities
• Own the analysis and implementation of customer access requirements.
• Successfully implement related processes and communicate each thoroughly through documentation and presentations
• Manage several simultaneous implementations while managing key stakeholders
• Successfully on-board customers and support the rollout process to ensure adoption
• Coach customer-facing teams and provide training and resources needed to effectively answer related questions.
• Serve as subject matter expert and consult on the configuration, administration, and/or maintenance of access tools and environments.
• Lead or participate in initiatives to identify and improve service quality and efficiency in a cost effective way
Requirements:
• BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent degree required
• 5+ years experience in technical business analysis required
• Strong organization/project planning, time management, and change management skills across multiple functional groups and departments, and strong skills in prioritizing and reprioritizing projects and managing projects of various size and complexity.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and customer service and presentation skills, proficiency in writing customer data-related use cases, user stories, workflows, and process diagrams
• Ability to partner with internal and external technology resources in solving complex business needs.
• An understanding of application security, SAML/ XML, computer networks, APIs, is a plus.
