ServiceNow Contract Business Analyst – SAM Specialist
Our client, is a boutique-sized ServiceNow Partner who specialises in ITOM and complex ServiceNow integrations – two of the most integral and transferable skillsets in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong SAM expertise to join the team on a contract basis. You’ll play a key role in shaping SAM solutions for clients while collaborating with one of the most technically capable ServiceNow teams in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into SAM-specific user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Solution Shaping: Work with developers and architects to design scalable SAM processes within the ServiceNow platform.
• Process Analysis: Review existing asset management workflows, identify optimisation opportunities, and align solutions with licensing compliance and governance standards.
• Collaboration: Partner with the ITOM and Integration teams to ensure seamless cross-module functionality.
• Documentation & Testing: Support UAT, document processes, and ensure smooth transition into production environments.
The Right Candidate Will Have:
• Hands-on involvement in SAM projects.
• Strong understanding of software asset lifecycle.
• Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional ServiceNow teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical information into business-friendly language.
