We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Business Process Analyst to join our team. This role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into effective solutions. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, experience in process improvement, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both business and technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis.
β’ Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
β’ Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, and detailed documentation for development teams.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals and regulatory requirements.
β’ Facilitate meetings, workshops, and working sessions to gather feedback and validate requirements.
β’ Partner with project managers and technical teams to support project planning, prioritization, and implementation.
β’ Conduct impact analysis and assess risks associated with proposed changes.
β’ Support testing activities by developing test scenarios, reviewing test results, and validating solutions against requirements.
β’ Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process performance and ensure continuous improvement.
β’ Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership to communicate insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
β’ 3β6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, or similar role.
β’ Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies (BABOK, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
β’ Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN) and requirement management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
β’ Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
β’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
β’ Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL) is a plus.
β’ Knowledge of industry standards, compliance, and governance frameworks is preferred.
