Role description
Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Business Analyst to fill an open position with one of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to bridge business needs with technical solutions while supporting enterprise-wide standardization and process optimization. In this role, you’ll assess current workflows, translate requirements, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and efficiency. You’ll play a key part in defining future-state processes and ensuring seamless communication across both business and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed business process analysis, document current-state systems, and develop requirements for future workflows.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Quality Control, and Technical Leads to track progress, communicate risks, and support business acceptance.
• Create use cases, functional models, process flows, and wireframes to support clear communication between teams.
• Manage requirement changes while maintaining project documentation, including status reports and tracking tools.
The Ideal Candidate:
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, test case writing, and formal documentation (including workflows).
• Experienced in project management with strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Extensive experience working within Agile/Sprint environments.
• Comfortable working in smaller company environments.
• Proficient with reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Able to translate technical detail into understandable language for diverse audiences.
